Our Commitment

Helios Technologies, LLC (operator of MyBot.ai) maintains a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, modern slavery, and exploitation of any kind. We are committed to preventing our platform from being misused for trafficking-related activities.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on MyBot.ai:

  • Content designed to recruit, groom, or lure potential trafficking victims
  • Advertising or facilitating commercial sexual services
  • Content facilitating the buying, selling, or exploitation of persons
  • Communications coordinating trafficking operations

General content standards and prohibited uses are detailed in our Terms of Use.

Prevention Measures

We implement the following measures:

  • Automated detection of trafficking-related language and patterns
  • Age verification requiring all users to be 18 or older
  • AI systems trained to refuse generating content that could facilitate exploitation
  • Monitoring for indicators of third-party control or coercion

If you encounter potential trafficking-related activity:

  3. Contact authorities:

Enforcement & Cooperation

Accounts involved in trafficking-related activity are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with authorities investigating trafficking, as outlined in our Terms of Use (Section 8).
