Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Helios Technologies, LLC (operator of MyBot.ai) affirms that all visual depictions on this platform are exempt from record-keeping requirements because:

1. All visual content is exclusively AI-generated imagery produced by artificial intelligence technology.
2. No actual human beings are depicted in sexually explicit conduct.
3. No human models, actors, or performers are featured in any content.

MyBot.ai is not the primary or secondary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of user-generated content. Our role is limited to hosting and transmitting AI-generated content created by users.

Users must be 18 years of age or older and agree to our Terms of Use, which prohibit content depicting real persons or minors.
